[kde-il] how to contribute to the translation?

Hello everyone,
I found a few errors in the fuzzy clock plasma applet translation - the
gender of some numbers and a couple missing "he haydia", I fixed and tested
it on my systems. Now, what do I do with the fix? who should I send it to?
