Fix for incorrect time unit used in keyboard accessibility settings

Hi,

in system settings -> "Accessibility" -> "Keyboard Filters", the time 
unit shown for the delays is incorrect when using a British locale 
(en_GB.UTF-8):

It shows e.g. "100 min" instead of "100 ms".

 From looking into the plasma-desktop source code [1], this looks like a 
problem in the British translation.

Attached is a patch that fixes this (generated using a local git repo 
based on the official en_GB translations svn repo [2]).

Can that fix please be applied?
(Please let me know in case another format than the attached patch is 
needed.)
