Untranslated word

Hi,

I have a simple patch that was rejected due to being not in line with 
your process:

I've since checked out the SVN repos and have a couple of larger patch 
files for l10n-kf5 & l10n-kf6. Can I just attach them to a message to 
this list, or do I need to send them to a specific person/inline them?
