[Kde-kiosk] Kiosk is supported on KDE 4?

Hi,

I'm trying to setup a KDE environment, but with no success at this moment.
This are my goal:
  - Simply lock down every setting the user can change. I mean: can't change
the
wallpaper, can't move the panels, can't add widget, can't lock the
screen, can't
change the splash screen, or the icon-theme, and so on.

Obviouly, those settings should be system wide. (without needing to change
any
user .kde directory).

I've been looking in a lot of KDE stuff on the web, but no one seems to real
work
on a KDE 4 (Kubuntu 10.04). So, this takes me to think about the Kiosk
support in
KDE4. Is there any updated documentation? Is there any way to do what I need
to do?

Thanks a lot for any responses.
