[Kde-kiosk] options background

[linuxgirlie]

I have checked in both /etc/kiosk/default and in $HOME/.kde/ and there is a
konqueror folder but all it has in it is:

A folder called profiles
and 4 files called:
bookmarks.xml
bookmarks.xml.bak
bookmarks.xml.tbcache
konq_history
