[Kde-kiosk] Set as Background

Hi,

This is what I want to get rid of:

http://linuxgfx.co.uk/setasbackground.png

It seems to add the images to a 'recent documents' and as soon as the
students logout it goes, but I need to stop them from accessing that dialog.

I have tried:

action/setasbackground=false

But that doesn't work.

Thanks,

Jo
