[Kde-kiosk] [scratching an itch] kdekiosk package: time to remove it?

I am not aware of anyone using http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/kdekiosk/kioske/ I 
think it would have been more appropriately placed in playground. It has no 
relationship with kiosktool (which is in extragear)
