[Kde-kiosk] Installing KDE Kiosk Admin

Hello,
   
  Can anyone email me basic step-by-step instructions on downloading and installing the KDE Admin Tool? I am new to Linux and I'm having great difficulty in installing this application. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
