[Kde-kiosk] Remove Switch User Menu Option

There are the "start_new_user" and "switch_user" restrictions that you can
manually add to kdeglobals, but I don't know if it was there in SUSE 10
already.

Otherwise it is allegedly possible to disable it in KDM's configuration.
