[Kde-kiosk] force profile to be reloaded every time

Hey,

Is there a way that the kde reload the profile data from the
/var/kde-profiles/profielname every time a user logges in?
I'm testing some things but when i delete a shotcut on my desktop and
relogon the icon is still missing but it is in the profile dir ???
