[Kde-kiosk] FIXED: How can I prevent right clicking on the Kicker icon?

Solution:

Setting "action/kicker_rmb=false" in kdeglogals is not enough. The
content of the file kickerrc must be marked "immutable".

Hi Daniel,

You should be able to lock it down in the Kiosk Tool GUI by editing a
Kiosk profile and under Panel, check the Disable Context menus box.
Works for me OK.
