* I've read the doc and my problem is solved now. I've only add manually next 
lines in my /var/lib/kde-profiles/simplified/share/config/kdeglobals 
(obviously I use Simplified KDE is this case)

rule_count=3D5
rule_1=3Dlist,,,,file,,/etc,false
