[Kde-kiosk] Gnome settings under KDE Kiosk

Figured out a way to do this that seems to work under Kiosk mode. I
created a file gnome-settings-daemon.desktop in the
/opt/kde3/share/autostart directory with the contents below:
[Desktop Entry]
Encoding=UTF-8
Type=Application
Exec=/opt/gnome/lib/control-center-2.0/gnome-settings-daemon
Terminal=false
Name=gnome-settings-daemon
X-KDE-autostart-phase=2
I noticed that starting the gnome-settings-daemon caused a gnome
screen-saver to start which required disabling using a setting via
gconftool-2.
