[Kde-kiosk] Printing restrictions?

Hi!

In general, what restrictions are available for the printing
subsystem?

Specifically, I'd like to make it impossible to print to printers that
are filtered out by a KDE printer filter. Being able to
remove/restrict the button in kprinter that shows all printers would
be a start.
