[Kde-kiosk] KDE 3.4 System Desktop Icon

I removed the Settings from the KDE Menu

but System Icon gets you into Konqueror windows which give you a 

go->settings

and some other things 

but kiosktool does not have a corresponding item in menu control

???

Heres an idea. 

Could be have something in kisoktool that would apply access theme.
E.G. ( possible type of themes )
No settings
+Desktop 
+Network
+Visual
+LooknFeel
+Menu

Any the combination of choices would be your allowable setting options.

That why you don't have to try to figure out all the places in kiosktool ( 
or should I say KDE ) that get around a lock down scenario that your 
trying to achieve.
