[Kde-kiosk] menu entries when using multiple profiles

Is the same sort of thing be possible with desktop icons?  If we had a
selection of extra applications it would be nice to be able to associate
each icon with a group and allow a user to see/not see the icon when
they are added/removed to/from the appropriate group.
