[Kde-kiosk] bypassing kpersonalizer

hello,

i'm trying to bypass kpersonalizer on first login but it doesn't appear 
to be honoring the kpersonalizerrc i've setup. how would one go about 
handling this with modifying the start-kde script?

my share/config/kpersonalizerrc:
[DesktopIcons]
Size=32

[General]
FirstLogin=false

[MainToolbarIcons]
Size=22

[SmallIcons]
Size=16

[ToolbarIcons]
Size=22
