[Kde-kiosk] Logging informations about use of applications

Hi list;
 
I've been use kiosk running on kde 3.3.2 on gentoo in remote boot mode,
to provide desktop to the set of computers running on universities.
My customer wants informations about  use of applications by all users.
 
Eg: when an user starts a app(ex: konqueror web browser), it's log into
file: "machine name - username - app name - start time - end time"
 
summarize: it want  something as "billing capabilities".
 
I know that "end time"  is possible only when application is closed.

Is there anyway of kde provide it or any software ??
