[Kde-kiosk] Removing Things.....

Hi,

I have been browsing this mailing list (and the README) and bit by bit 
taking sections to ban. I am actually designing a fat client, which works 
with samba and as its in a school it needs to be locked down. I have gotten 
most of the things I need apart from a few, these are:

In Konqueror:

Location Bar
Send Link Address
Send File
Create new -> Device
View Mode
Icon Size
Show Hidden Files
Configure Background
"Go" (the whole of it!!)
Excute Shell Command

Taskbar:

Right-Hand 'hide' button
Virtual Desktops

Others:

When you right-click on the desktop you get 'configure desktop' this needs 
to go.
Also I have tried lots of different ways to get rid of browsing the file 
system beyond $HOME and none seem to work, so if anyone has any suggestions 
for this also.....

BTW I'm running KDE 3.3.2
