Not to my knowledge, apart from building your own KDE and backporting the 
feature.

Of course you could write a special screensaver that would log you out through 
some DCOP magic, or use some scripting, but in any case there's no existing 
stuff in KDE. Perhaps there's something valuable on kde-apps.org, didn't 
check there.
