[Kde-kiosk] Possible kiosktool bug in Desktop Background Configuration.

Hi!

If I check the checkbox "Lock down desktop background settings" in the
Desktop Background Configuration, and then click "Setup Desktop
Background", the desktop configuration dialog never pops up.

If I uncheck the checkbox and try again, the configuration dialog pops
up.

Perhaps this is a feature? :-)
