[Kde-kiosk] Configuration Local Network Browsing

Hello,

I want to make a restricted desktop for my user. But they must configure
their "Local Network Browsing" for our windows network. Now, they configure
it over "kcontrol".

This there a way, that they only use the tab "Local Network Browsing" in
kcontrol or could I only start the dialog for "Local Network Browsing".
