I assume you now have something like:

[$i]
[KDE Action Restrictions]
some_key=value

[KDE Control Module Restrictions]
some_other_keys=value

Change that to:

[KDE Action Restrictions][$i]
some_key=value

[KDE Control Module Restrictions][$i]
some_other_keys=value
