[Kde-kiosk] KDesktop crash with signal 11

Hi Martijn,

I have managed to narrow down the problem.  If I create a default profile and 
attach it to a user I can login fine.  If I turn on "Desktop Icons / Lock down
all Desktop icons" I get the error.  I have the following icons created for a user
by default:

Network Browsing
My Computer
Printer
Office
Trash
