[Kde-kiosk] Customizing the "End Session" dialog?

Hi!

We're running KDE (3.2 or 3.3) in a Thin Client environment, so the
alternatives "Halt Computer" and "Reboot Computer" in the dialog that
pops up when the user chooses to logout is not very relevant.

Can I customize the appearance of that dialog?
