[Kde-kiosk] how fix icon position on desktop

I have encountered a similar issue with suse 9.1 and kde 3.2 - I got
it to work by creating a whole new layout with kiosktool, as opposed
to manipulating IconPositions - a bit of a pain since we really need
to generate IconPositions on the fly......

I thought this was a peculiarity to our own setup, but it seems I am
not the only one with this issue - i will try this evening with SuSE
9.2 and/or KDE 3.3
