[Kde-kiosk] Error: "Could not make folder"

I trying to use version .03 on Fedora Core 2 Test 3 and getting the 
following error.

The directory /etc/kde-profile/wrx could not be created because of the 
following problem.
Could not make folder

fish://wrx@localhost/etc/kde-profile/wrx/

Without this directory your change can not be saved

...retry ...continue

I sure that I don't have something right, but I'm new to this.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
