[Kde-kiosk] how to stop kpersonalizer

i putted KDEHOME/share/config/kpersonalizerrc into my skel dir. however
i belive this file could easily be copied into the global KDEDIR. Just
make sure it has "FirstLogin=False" in the [General] group.
