[Kde-kiosk] start my application

It seems that my message get bounce. Can i ask mail list?
How i run my programme in desktop(root window)?
I just now that in icewm i do that by edit 'winoptions', add the list
myapplication.layer = desktop
How about KDE? 

nb: How can i start my programme automaticallly when my computer starts?
