[Kde-kiosk] Kiosk Panel / Menu HALF Working ????????????????

SUSE 9.1 / 0.6 Kiosktool / KDE 3.2.3

In Kiosktool:

I configured removed everything from the menu and add to program items

Like wise for panel.

When I assign that profile to a user and login...... the menu and panel 
are blank.

Any ideas why the items that where standard and deleted are indeed 
removed, but things that are added are not?
