[Kde-kiosk] Profile inherits default

When I first start "kiosktool" I get a "default" profile, I lock down 
screensaver and Wallpaper properties.

To my question...

Will a new profile inherit these "locked settings" from the default 
profile above, or does this new profile
get properties from the "$KDEDIR/share/config" directory ?.

Will "new profiles" get its properties from the "default kiosk profile" or 
from "$KDEDIR/share/config" ?
