[Kde-kiosk] Kiosk Use-Case

Hello ,
i want to start with the Kiosk GUI (for configuring features). 
Now i have put some cases into a small use case. if someone has a wish or a tip what things are missing .. drop me an email and we could discuss that. 
So please read the (basic) use case and let me hear your opinion.

Use Case for the KDE Kiosk project

1. 	Differ between global and local settings
1.1 	Root login for global settings
2. 	Predefined settings/profiles
2.1 	For example: Classroom, Jukebox, Internetcafe, ...
3	Enable / Disable Menu entries, actions, a whole Menu
4	Enable / Disable Look and feel and desktop related entities
5	Enable / Disable Starting Apps
6	Editing Url / File restrictions
7	Special Mode for App specific options (Konqueror, KOffice ,...)
7.1	Konqueror Settings : Delete all auto complete entries
8	Maybee .. Autosolve Bad Settings
