[Kde-kiosk] Kpersonalizer config files?

Hello,

I'm trying to lock down the Eyecandy-O-Meter option in kpersonalizer, the 
problem is that our main server is very reduced in CPU power, so, we want to 
make KDE use as very little resources as possible, one way to accomplish this 
is using as few effects as possible, anyone of you knows where are the config 
files for this task? kpersonalizerrc is not enough
