[Kde-kiosk] kdeglobals shift+alt+k+l

I want to invoke the Run Command not by Alt+F2 but by another combination.
It seems to me that some combinations are not accepted.
E.g. Shift+Alt+k+l doesn't work.

I put Run Command[$i]=default(Alt+Shift+K+L) in kdeglobals

Any explanations?
