[Kde-kiosk] disabling window menu

is there a way to disable a window's menu?
(e.g., if you click the window's app icon, or right click the title bar)

I specifically want to disable the "Configure Window Behavior..." option,
but disabling all of them would be nice, too. :^)

I tried:

  showWindowMenuAt=false

(with and without "action/" in the front), to no avail.

KDE 3.1.1 under Debian/Woody.
