[Kde-kiosk] Disable key combinations

Hi Jenn,
The most straight forward way is probably to go to the Control Panel ->
Regional & Accessibility -> Keyboard Shortcuts and start turning them off
there.
Does this mean we can assume that we're going to start seeing KDE based kiosks
at Lowes stores? :)
