[Kde-kiosk] How to disable...

You can remove it by disabling right mouse click. Put something like

xmodmap -e "pointer = 1 5 6 7 8 9" into your .xinitrc or your other X
startup file and it will disable all the mouse buttons but the left click.
That's what I ended up doing. Works pretty well.
