[Kde-kiosk] Disable Window Handles? (and 3.1 praise :-)

Well done on 3.1 (I especially like the 'last minute' file browsing
restriction controls :-)

Now to the obligatory question :-(

Can anyone tell me how to disable the handles on a certain type of
window (I'm on about the resize corners, sides and 'Size' option in the
titlebar menu).

In jolly old Fvwm it was as easy as adding a line to the fvwmrc file
of the form:

Style	"MyAppWindowName"	NoHandles

I've RTFM, STFW and even peeked into kwin's source code.... but can't see
any way of doing this.

Any Ideas?
