[Kde-kiosk] i'll give up

after several days of work, i still don't see how i can get it to work. As a 
last effort, i created a nice panel, put it in /etc/opt/kde3/share/config, 
logged in again, and it almost seems ok ( appart from some details ). 
However, if i create another user, login, the i get the default desktop 
again. So if i login with the users whom i created the panel with, then it 
seems ok. All other users -> default suse desktop. 
i don't know what to do, i can't even give my users a common desktop.
