[Kde-kiosk] last try

i took another approach now : 
-> configured a KDE to what i want ( panel + menu )
-> made a tar pack of the whole dir 
-> installed a machine, via autoinstall, 
-> installed the tar pack on the new machine /testkde
-> KDEDIRS points to that freshly installed dir
-> permissions and everything are OK
-> when i login with a user, i get a default kde 
-> these default values seem to be generated and placed in ~/.kde
-> although eg kickerrc in the installed dir has a [$i] in it , nothing 
happens
-> kdeglobals also has some restrictions in it, nothing happens
-> menu modifs in /testkde don't appear
-> btw i am using suse80, with an updated kde31
