Is there a way to disable all of the configuration options when one
right-clicks the clock applet in Kicker?

I don't want people changing the time-and-date format,
changing the clock type (from "Plain" to "Analog", for example),
or getting to the "Configure Clock" option.

(Of course, removing the "Set Time & Date" option would be useful,
too, although at the moment it requires root password, so it's
only really a matter of simplification and friendliness that
I'd like that removed :^) )
