[Kde-kiosk] Stupid question - disabling "file:///" URLs in Konq?

Hmm... This trick doesn't help.  Now I can't view plain text files with
embedded kate! :^)


I think this will satisfy my needs, though:

    [KDE URL Restrictions][$i]
    rule_count=2
    rule_1=list,,,,file,,,false
    rule_2=rule_1=open,,,,file,,,false
