[Kde-kiosk] Setting up a kiosk in a Mandrake 9.2

Hi,

Have you looked in /etc/skel ? This is where most distros get default 
config files (there should be something in man adduser).

If not there, you should find out whether those files are added when you 
add the user or when you start kde for the first time.
