[Kde-kiosk] Simple Lock down?

Hi,

hope someone can help, Im looking to lock down KDE so that users can 
only run Mozilla (Internet/Email) and a terminal window. After reading 
README.kiosk under http://www.kde.org/areas/sysadmin/ I am still none 
the wiser.

Not really too concerned about removing functionality from programs, I 
just need users to be in an environment where they can't break too much.
