[Kde-kiosk] What is kioske

OK so I'm a dummy..... but what is kioske (as in src/kdekiosk/kioske) for? and 
what can one do with it?

I've read the README.kiosk, STFW, run kioske --help and even run kioske itself 
in the build directory (it prints loads of trace type info) but I'm still 
none the wiser.
