[Kde-kiosk] Giving up on View Source

it seems kwrite is a little harder to lock down than i thought,
so i'd like to make it inaccessible, too.

i went through and manually hid almost _all_ of the applications available
under the K menu, using Menu Editor

at this point, i need to keep kwrite from being used when doing a
"view source" in konqueror.

i'm not seeing anything in the 'dcop ... actions' list that looks or
sounds like it has anything to do with viewing source, though! :^(
