Sorry - Actually, I added them to /etc/kde3/kdeglobals

I figured that'd be the best place to keep _all_ applications from getting
at them.


My 3.0.4 -> 3.0.5 apt-get upgrade just finished, so I'll try sticking these
in konq and kicker's rc files.
