[Kde-kiosk] Zero setup?

For example not in the $HOME/.kde/share/config/kickerrc
But that was just trial an error, so on that point I cant be off much help.

As far as I know (more debian user) for global it is in: /usr/share/kde
And userspecific, $HOME/.kde
