Basically the command sequence is:
git clone git://git.kde.org/kamoso
cd kamoso
mkdir build
cd build
cmake .. -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr
make
make install

and to uninstall, go to that directory and type "make uninstall".

If you need any dependency (like qtgstreamer) you'll have to do something
similar.

Regarding the Facebook problem, it will be solved if you update it to a
newer version (still to be released, I have to ask kipi mantainers when are
they going to release anything).
