KDE Japanese translation

Thanks for your contribution!
The file has been downloaded.  I'll work on checking/merging it within 
the next few days.

And thanks for bring Yamada san's plight to our attention.  I'll discuss 
it with the mailing-list admin and see what we can do going forward.

I took a quick look and the file does not look like it came from "summit".
The Japanese translation team works through "summit", which manages a 
single collection of translation files regardless of the number of 
active branches.
The files can be obtained from
